I offer in person therapy sessions in Encino, CA or virtually throughout the entire state of California.

I am an out-of-network provider and can provide a “superbill” (itemized receipt of services) that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits. Please note, you will be responsible for the full fee at the end of each session and reimbursement will be determined by your insurance provider. Please contact your health insurance provider for more information and to verify your benefits.

I offer a free 15-minute consultation to discuss whether I would be a good fit for your needs. The fee for a 50-minute couples therapy session is $225 and the fee for a 50-minute individual therapy session is $175. I also offer 90- minute intensive therapy sessions for $250. Sessions are usually scheduled on a weekly basis.

The consultation is a brief phone call where we'll discuss what brings you to therapy, your goals, and whether my approach aligns with what you're looking for.

I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, will incur a cancellation fee. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, and providing advance notice allows that time to be made available to others in need of care.

No. EMDR can be helpful for a range of experiences, including anxiety, difficult life events, negative beliefs about yourself, and relationship wounds—not only major traumatic events.
